Refund policy

Try PrintBIM free before you buy: your first export is free, with every feature. If you buy and it still doesn't work for you, we'll refund you.

14-day refund

• Ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. You don't need to give a reason.
• For subscriptions, the same applies to the first payment of an annual renewal if you ask within 14 days of that renewal.
• Monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

How to ask

Email hello@printbim.com with your order number, or reply to your receipt email. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record and handles returns. You can also request a refund directly through paddle.net.

After a refund

When a refund is made, the licence key is cancelled and you must remove the licence from your computers.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
